Support Plans

There are two levels of service plans available; home and business. They are open to all customers both new and old. The main difference between the two plans is the response time to a problem as demonstrated by the below tables.

The service plans are great if you find you’re having problems regularly or just want peace of mind knowing you have help on standby.

There is also a basic backup only tier if you just need a good automated backup. It will also be monitored to alert you to any problems if they arise.
